treatments. L'Art Decolor system is made up of : 1 white bleaching powder
(500g), 3 activators (7, 23, 30), 6 toners (blue, violet, yellow, orange,
red & brown), 1 white bleaching cream (150ml) plus all the priofessional
tools that you will need to become expert in the different application
techniques. Create highlights and sun streaking effects while bleaching
hair. With the L' Art Decolor system, bleaching and highlighting is a one
